Hi! I’m Heather and I love making healthy food savory and fun and delicious. I’m a fellow human on a journey towards being the most wholehearted I can be – doing my best work to help others on their path to wellness. I’ve had my share of health challenges; back surgery in 2015 and gall bladder removal in 2018. Both have taught me a great deal about managing inflammation in the body and the healthy mix of nutrition for my optimal wellness.
I’ve been a professional personal chef, or as I like to call myself, a “nourishment coach” now since 2016. I have experience preparing and teaching others how to cook various styles of healthy eating. From vegan, vegetarian and raw to Paleo, AIP, Whole 30 and everything in-between. For my optimal wellness, I eat mostly vegetables, fruit, lean protein and healthy fats; as well as avoid my food sensitivities of dairy, processed/preserved foods, peanuts and gluten.
I’m available to provide consulting on meal planning and prep, in-home cooking lessons, yoga and meditation instruction. My hope is to share my knowledge with all who have a desire to find their unique path to wellness and help nourish the mind, body and soul.
