Ingredients
  • 1/2cup Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Tamari
  • 2small Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 2tbsp Fresh Ginger, minced
  • 1/2cup Rice vinegar
  • 2tbsp Agave
  • 1-2tbsp Sesame Seedsoptional
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl and whisk well. This is enough marinate for about 3 pounds of meat/tofu. I use large gallon sized ziplock bags for marinading in the fridge for about 3 hours. Be sure to leave out about 30 mins on the countertop before grilling. It’s best to let the meat/tofu come to room temperature before grilling.
