Blend all ingredients into a food processor till smooth paste forms. If it’s too dry and pasty, add more olive oil or a few tbsp of water. If it’s bland, add more lemon/ACV and salt and pepper. If it’s not cheesy enough for you, add more nutritional yeast. If you go too heavy on the yeast, you may need to add water to thin it out a bit. Just keep working this till you make the flavor you want.
