Ingredients
  • 1 1/2cups Rolled Oats
  • 3 1/2cups Almond Milk
  • 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1large Banana, mashedabout a cup
  • 1/2cup Coconut Cream
  • 2/3cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 5tbsp Agavemore if you like it sweeter
  • 1tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2tsp Sea Salt
  • 3tbsp Fresh ground Flax Seeds
  • 1tbsp Vanilla
  • 2tsp Nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Add almond milk and oats to a large pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, drop down to a light boil and be sure to whisk often. Cook about 10 mins.
  2. Next add banana, chia seeds and coconut cream and cook another 5 mins. Keep an eye on your liquidity, you might need to add a bit of water once the chia seeds start to absorb the liquid.
  3. Lastly, add the flax, walnuts, agave, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and sea salt. Cook just another few mins till incorporated and serve. Can top with a bit more cinnamon and agave if desired.
