Ingredients
  • 1 cup Frozen berries
  • 1 cup Oat milk I like Califia brand
  • 1 portion Vega Vanilla Plant Based Protein Powder
  • 1 inch Fresh Ginger peeled
  • 1/2 cup Unsweet Cherry juice
  • 1-2 tsp Monk Fruit Sweetener I like Lakanto brand
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach
Servings: smoothie
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients to a high powdered blender and blend till smooth. If it's too thick, add more milk/juice or even water. If you like it thicker, add more berries. Not sweet enough? Add another bit of monk fruit sweetener.
