Ingredients
- 1 cup Frozen berries
- 1 cup Oat milk I like Califia brand
- 1 portion Vega Vanilla Plant Based Protein Powder
- 1 inch Fresh Ginger peeled
- 1/2 cup Unsweet Cherry juice
- 1-2 tsp Monk Fruit Sweetener I like Lakanto brand
- 1 cup Fresh spinach
Servings: smoothie
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high powdered blender and blend till smooth. If it's too thick, add more milk/juice or even water. If you like it thicker, add more berries. Not sweet enough? Add another bit of monk fruit sweetener.
