  • 1cup Frozen berries
  • 1cup Oat milkI like Califia brand
  • 1portion Vega Vanilla Plant Based Protein Powder
  • 1inch Fresh Gingerpeeled
  • 1/2cup Unsweet Cherry juice
  • 1-2tsp Monk Fruit Sweetener I like Lakanto brand
  • 1cup Fresh spinach
  1. Add all the ingredients to a high powdered blender and blend till smooth. If it’s too thick, add more milk/juice or even water. If you like it thicker, add more berries. Not sweet enough? Add another bit of monk fruit sweetener.
