Use this spice rub on chicken wings, tofu, fish, anything you want really. I usually triple the recipe so I’ve got a bunch of it on hand.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 tsp Ground mustard
- 3/4 tsp White Pepper
- 3/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tbsp Paprika Can sub Smoked for deeper flavor
- 1/2 tbsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Jane's Mixed up Salt
Servings: 1 tsp servings
Instructions
- Mix all the spices in a small mason jar and shake well. Feel free to triple (or more!) this recipe to keep extra on hand.
