Ingredients
  • 2-3tbsp Fresh Lemon Juiceabout 1/2 of a lemon
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leavesremove stem, packed fairly firmly in cup
  • 1cup Fresh Arugulapacked fairly firmly in cup
  • 1/2cup Pine Nutssub unsalted pecans, walnuts or pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 1tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2tsp Jane’s Mixed up Saltcan sub regular salt
  • 4tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients into a food processor till smooth paste forms. If it’s too dry and pasty, add more olive oil or a few tbsp of water. If it’s bland, add more lemon/ACV and salt and pepper. If it’s not cheesy enough for you, add more nutritional yeast. If you go too heavy on the yeast, you may need to add water to thin it out a bit. Just keep working this till you make the flavor you want.
