3tbspChopped Fresh Parsley
2-3tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2tspDried Basil
1/2tspDried Oregano
1tspGarlic Powder
3-4tbspolive oil
Cracked Pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a large food processor and use pulse to mix together. Pulse a few times then mix, pulse again, mix and check. Looking for olive pieces of about 2 mm or so. I like a thicker texture vs a pate/paste consistency.
