Olive Tapenade

This is a great dip that can be eaten with veggies or healthy chips, added to a wrap, a salad, or a sandwich.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Kalamata Olives
  • 1 cup Green Olives Use Lindsey Brand
  • 1/2 cup Green Olives Stuffed with Red Peppers Use Lindsey Brand
  • 2 tbsp Capers
  • 3 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 2-3 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 3-4 tbsp olive oil
  • Cracked Pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a large food processor and use pulse to mix together. Pulse a few times then mix, pulse again, mix and check. Looking for olive pieces of about 2 mm or so. I like a thicker texture vs a pate/paste consistency.
