This is a great dip that can be eaten with veggies or healthy chips, added to a wrap, a salad, or a sandwich.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Kalamata Olives
- 1 cup Green Olives Use Lindsey Brand
- 1/2 cup Green Olives Stuffed with Red Peppers Use Lindsey Brand
- 2 tbsp Capers
- 3 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 2-3 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Dried Basil
- 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 3-4 tbsp olive oil
- Cracked Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large food processor and use pulse to mix together. Pulse a few times then mix, pulse again, mix and check. Looking for olive pieces of about 2 mm or so. I like a thicker texture vs a pate/paste consistency.
